How did it go? Well, let's see... the floor is much warmer and I wander a bit in bare feet, the house is generally warmer and seems to stay warmer (including the dining area) throughout. The crawlspace also seems to be warmer and hot water arrives a little quicker to the taps.   All in all... I'd say it went great and probably one of the best upgrades for this little old house of ours. Oh, and the house was neat and tidy when we got home too.     Thanx for the call back.   In a nutshell... we're very, very pleased with the whole outcome and the rebates are being processed.

We love the crawlspace!  It’s a bit hard to tell this time of year since we have the house open most days, but when we do have it closed up there is absolutely no basement smell!!  And when we ran the heat pump as an air conditioner a few times this summer we really noticed how fast the house cooled down, I can imagine it’s going to be a similar thing when we start using heat in the near future. Never having had this done before I don’t have much to compare it to, but I have a feeling you guys are really, really good at what you do!

I liked that Matt Campbell in giving the quote did not try to oversell and explained everything clearly. Staff was polite, informative and helpful.
