It's been great! I've definitely noticed a difference in the house, the humidity has dropped by almost 20%, and there isn't mold every where anymore. I still have to have the fan hooked up but so far so good. I'm sure winter will feel a lot different in the house now too.

Should have done it 10 years sooner! Effect was immediate-- moisture and musty smell eliminated. We could use crawl fr storage if access was easier. no flooding even with heaviest winter rains.

Hi Chris  We haven’t had any water issues however it hasn’t been an extremely wet spring or summer.  Everything has been great. We just had a local fellow level the floor and install laminate over your plywood. It all looks great and we are so happy.  We are very happy with your work. Happy with the plan you put together to solve our problems, despite not visiting the site, and also all the work the men did to finish the job and clean up on time. You run a fantastic business! Dear Peter: Just wanted to take the time to say thank you for the prompt and efficient service you provided when you lined and insulated the crawlspace at our house.I really appreciated you giving us a detailed and accurate estimate of the cost and giving positive suggestions for the best results with no pressures. Since I work I appreciated how you tried to do the job at the most convenient time for me. The crawlspace was a dark and dirty place that had an earthen smell to it and had an amount of assorted bugs but now it is clean, dry and has no earthen smell. It has made a real difference to the whole house. It feels warmer and has a fresher smell to it and I'm sure we'll see a difference in the cost of heating the house.
