Hi Chris , I am very happy with the work done on the crawl space , and I have noticed that the floors are warmer and the house has a more even temperature, this winter will hopefully show a decrease in my hydro bill to some degree. And so far , touch wood, no more rodents let’s hope they find other homes to nest in !!  I am just working with my insurance company to see if I can get a bit of a discount with the seismic upgrade , I didn’t think of it until I just renewed my house insurance. Murray Whittal came to our house when he said he would, he took the time to explain in detail and with the aid of photos he gave me a written quote and showed me what they would do. After I agreed to have the job done, they made an appointment to do the work and they arrived on time and worked extra hours to get the job done on the same day. I was really impressed. I would recommend this company and this process to anyone that has a basement or crawl space problem. Just for your [reader] records, I did check with BBB before I hired them.

Met expectations, reduced moisture and musty smell, makes floor warmer, saves energy consumption and cost, looks nicer and feels more comfortable. We are satisfied with post-installation service.
