Crawl space moisture and humidity

I have a crawl in a place I'm hoping to make an offer on that needs mould cleaned up and any damage (insulation/joists) repaired. House is 1969 so may also need a skin coat. Hoping/needing an estimate for this job. Thank you so much!

I'm just in the process of having an exterminator remove rats from my attic and crawl space, the crawl being the worst. I will need to have the existing insulation and vapour barrier removed and new put in (preferably in a way that won't be an open invitation for rats to return.

Dirty wet musty crawlspace. Would like advice and estimate

I would like a estimate on getting your membrane installed in my crawl space, I am currently seeing water seepage into my crawl, I recently purchased my home and this being my first winter in the home, due to our wet winters I have noted water in my crawl. the crawl currently has six mil Polly placed over its dirt base. Looking to have a draft proof specialist come inspect and advise on 3 exterior doors id like sealed for the colder weather coming. Also have cracks in basement foundation that very slowly leak water when its been raining for prolonged periods. Can the cracks be sealed?

I purchased this 1976 rancher with crawl space last year and during the winter discovered that the new addition is as cold as a morgue, so I shut down that part of the house as I refused to pay further huge hydro bills ($579 for 2 mo). The attic will definitely have to be looked at as well, as the electrician commented the 'attic setup was strange' /blocked off from main house' and the inspection report mentioned a few things: 'vapor retarder incomplete and no H-clips present in rear addition, monitor for deflection and add blocking if necessary. Some black staining and rusty nail points noted, this is a sign of inadequate ventilation in attic space. Kitchen exhaust fan is not sealed at roof and could be partially venting into attic. No vapour barrier noted over studio, monitor conditions for moisture. Inadequate clearance noted (2" required) at insulated metal chimney, correct as required for safety. So, yes I would greatly appreciate some help with this and getting my home feeling comfortable so I can relax instead of using the new addition as a summer home LOL
